Training Program & Run Log

What it does

Tell it your experience level, goal distance, and how many days a week you can run, and it builds a full training plan, sized to you, not a generic template. It works out a sensible starting volume, a safe peak, and how long the build should actually take, rather than forcing everything into a fixed number of weeks.

If you give it a race date, the plan tapers properly to that exact day, so the last hard session won’t land the day before you race.

Log each session as you go (distance, time, effort, how it felt), and the plan adapts automatically if you miss a session or two: dropping it, rescheduling it, or easing back a week, with the reason always shown so nothing changes silently.

It also tracks the extras alongside your training: your shoe rotation and mileage per pair, and optional day-to-day wellness tracking (weight, resting heart rate, sleep).

Privacy section

What we store, and what stays on your device.

There’s no account, and nothing is sent to a server. Your training plan, logged runs (distance, time, effort, notes), niggle notes, and any wellness tracking all stay on this device only, in this browser — we never receive or see any of it.

Download Your Plan

Because there’s no copy anywhere else, it’s also down to you to keep it safe: the tool includes a “Download full backup” option, which saves everything to a file you can store yourself (email it to yourself, save it to cloud storage, wherever you trust). Do this every so often, and definitely before switching phones or browsers, or clearing your browser’s data — without a backup, there’s no way for us to recover it.
